Tracey has been with Integrity Funerals for over ten years, starting as the bookkeeper in 2009, but quickly discovered her passion for helping families as they travel through their grief and trying to ease the burden as much as possible.

Tracey has arranged funerals and repatriations from many different cultures, religions and backgrounds and loves all the little things that make everyone different and special.

In her spare time, Tracey continues a life-long obsession with reading and writing. She volunteers with her writers’ association, and at her childrens’ school. While not an avid TV watcher, she has all seasons of the original Charmed, and is waiting for the next season of Stranger Things with bated breath. She is a keen social field hockey player and enjoys baking when she can squeeze it in.

He finds it a privilege to be invited into the space where a family are celebrating a loved one and wants to make each occasion as personalised as possible, assisting families in
decorating our chapel space with their loved one’s memorabilia, photographs and, in at least one instance, a motorcycle. With experience in traditional and non-traditional services from a wide range of cultures and religious backgrounds, he feels that no service has to follow a set path and each person’s final farewell is unique.

Andrew is currently expanding his knowledge in repatriations and exhumations with the assistance of the Management team and is looking forward to helping our families’ loved
ones find their way to rest, be it here or over the ocean.

Gordon is an ex-volunteer firefighter and a decorated police officer, of more than 36 years, before retiring. He was also a trained, and awarded, volunteer Peer Support Officer working with frontline officers, so has a great affinity and understanding of the unique life in an Emergency Services family in particular. It’s in these roles he developed great empathy and grief strategies which have translated very well to his Integrity Funerals role, skills acknowledged by many families he’s arranged funerals for. As an advocate for mental health wellbeing, he is also a trained and serving volunteer with the not-for-profit Mentoring Men Organisation. He always considers it a great honour and responsibility to be entrusted by family to care for a loved one upon their passing.

A keen handyman, Gordon can often be found around the Integrity office, or home, repairing something to keep it operational. A great sense of humour, honed over many years in emergency services and family gatherings, make him one of our easy-going, good-natured team members.

When not at work he’ll frequently be assisting his wife, (usually tasting), in her cake decorating business, looking for his next travel opportunity, or spending time with the five grandchildren and families.

Nicole is our friendly accounts lady and has been with us since 2016. You might see her when you come into the office, she’s always happy to help, and even though she’s not a funeral director, she has a great understanding of the industry and will help you with any inquiry.

Nicole is very family oriented, and with two young daughters seems to spend her weekends running from one thing to another with them.

Karen has been behind the scenes at Integrity since 2006 working in a variety of roles to keep everything running smoothly in the background.
These days Karen is mainly working at night to make sure that everything is ready for the day ahead, but still can be seen occasionally assisting on funerals where she can. She takes great pride in making sure that everything is prepared for our funerals each day and maintaining the warm welcoming environment in our funeral home.
Karen likes to spend time with her mother and sister, and meet up with her friends in her spare time, and is a genuinely caring person, willing to give her time to those who need her.
