Location Manager

Tracey has been with Integrity Funerals for over ten years, starting as the bookkeeper in 2009, but quickly discovered her passion for helping families as they travel through their grief and trying to ease the burden as much as possible.

Tracey has arranged funerals and repatriations from many different cultures, religions and backgrounds and loves all the little things that make everyone different and special.

In her spare time, Tracey continues a life-long obsession with reading and writing. She volunteers with her writers’ association, and at her childrens’ school. While not an avid TV watcher, she has all seasons of the original Charmed, and is waiting for the next season of Stranger Things with bated breath. She is a keen social field hockey player and enjoys baking when she can squeeze it in.

Andrew joined the team at Integrity Funerals in 2021 as a casual Funeral Assistant and enjoyed transitioning into a full-time member of the team. With a history working as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher for 000, Andrew is familiar liaising with people who experience sudden and tragic loss and draws from these experiences when meeting with families for the first time.

He finds it a privilege to be invited into the space where a family are celebrating a loved one and wants to make each occasion as personalised as possible. With experience in traditional and non-traditional services from a wide range of cultures and religious backgrounds, he feels that no service has to follow a set path and each person’s final farewell is unique.

Andrew is expanding his knowledge in repatriations and exhumations, and will assist enquiring families with the sometimes difficult prospect of assisting a loved one to their final rest, be it here, or over the seas.

Funeral Director

Judy came from New Zealand recently, with a working history in social work, focusing extensively with the deaf community, allowing her to become fluent in sign language. Judy has also worked many years as a disability support worker and still maintains a strong connection with the clients she has assisted over the years.

With her English and Fijian heritage, Judy enjoys learning about different cultures and their respective funerary rights and practices. She considers it an honour to be invited into the space to create a lasting memory for a beloved family member and brings her empathetic nature and great communication to support the beautiful families she works for.

In her down time, Judy unwinds in nature, enjoying bush walks, hiking, fishing, walks with her mini fox terrier Alice, and bird watching. Judy also enjoys rides on her husband’s Harley Davidson, particularly through windy back roads.

Funeral Director

Mandy is a dedicated and professional member of the Integrity Funerals team, bringing her personable demeanour and genuine compassion to the role. After losing family in her personal life, she felt drawn to the funeral industry to support those facing the same grief and confusion that sudden loss can bring.

Mandy’s passion for the families she meets is derived from her own, as a devoted wife and mother to two beautiful children, she believes that care for those we love extends far beyond their final days and draws upon her own experiences to provide a safe and comforting environment when helping create a bespoke funeral experience.

Funeral Director

Raewyn has joined the team at Integrity Funerals after a storied and decorated career across the Gold Coast. Originating from New Zealand, Raewyn has always had a strong affinity for community, a natural empathy and warm presence, making a difficult subject easy to talk about during her arrangements with families. She believes every life deserves to be honoured with dignity, compassion and a touch of personality and feels privileged to support families through the challenging time of loss.

Raewyn believes there is a place for laughter during grief and brings her natural sense of humour along with her calm nature, knowing that sharing a smile at a memory, or a light-hearted moment can ease the burden of a difficult day. Raewyn say it is an honour to walk with people from all paths in life and ensures they feel supported throughout the funeral planning process.

Funeral Director

Gordon is an ex-volunteer firefighter and a decorated police officer, of more than 36 years, before retiring. He was also a trained, and awarded, volunteer Peer Support Officer working with frontline officers, so has a great affinity and understanding of the unique life in an Emergency Services family in particular. It’s in these roles he developed great empathy and grief strategies which have translated very well to his Integrity Funerals role, skills acknowledged by many families he’s arranged funerals for. As an advocate for mental health wellbeing, he is also a trained and serving volunteer with the not-for-profit Mentoring Men Organisation. He always considers it a great honour and responsibility to be entrusted by family to care for a loved one upon their passing.

A keen handyman, Gordon can often be found around the Integrity office, or home, repairing something to keep it operational. A great sense of humour, honed over many years in emergency services and family gatherings, make him one of our easy-going, good-natured team members.

When not at work he’ll frequently be assisting his wife, (usually tasting), in her cake decorating business, looking for his next travel opportunity, or spending time with the five grandchildren and families.

Accounts

Nicole our friendly finance manager and has been with us since 2016. As a CPA with Propel Funeral Partners, Nicole is extremely knowledgeable about the funeral industry and will assist with any inquiry our families may have, both standard and coronial, due in large to her hands-on experience with families in conjunction with her current role.

Nicole is very family oriented and enjoys traveling with her husband and daughters to visit their relatives overseas.

Funeral Director

Natasha has held a longstanding interest in the funeral industry, and has proudly worked for Integrity Funerals since 2025, commencing as a casual transfer assistant before blooming into an active and integral part of the Integrity Team. While operating out of the office part-time, Natasha brings a vibrant and genial to our families, greeting them upon entry and assisting with day-to-day enquiries.

Natasha comes from a background of community, disability and psycho-social support work, which is reflected in her interactions with all our clientele, both living and departed, ensuring that all persons entrusted to Integrity Funerals are treated with the deepest of respect.

Funeral Assistant

Karen has been behind the scenes at Integrity since 2006 working in a variety of roles to keep everything running smoothly in the background.
These days Karen is mainly working at night to make sure that everything is ready for the day ahead, but still can be seen occasionally assisting on funerals where she can. She takes great pride in making sure that everything is prepared for our funerals each day and maintaining the warm welcoming environment in our funeral home.
Karen likes to spend time with her mother and sister, and meet up with her friends in her spare time, and is a genuinely caring person, willing to give her time to those who need her.
