Our Professional Service fee for all types of funerals includes:

  • Safe, secure, gentle and ethical care of your loved one in secured premises
  • Arrangement of your service at a day, time and place that suits you
  • Private facilities for viewing of your loved one within business hours
  • Conducting, managing and attending to your loved one’s funeral at the place of your family’s choice
  • Secure and professional transportation of your loved one during business hours from the place of death into our care
  • Mortuary care by our experienced and qualified staff to dress and prepare your loved one
  • Attending to the registration of the passing of your loved one with the appropriate government bodies and adhering to all statutory requirements
  • Ongoing care and support for your family in the future as the need arises.

Our Professional Service fee for all types of funerals includes:

  • The option of the use of our chapel at 18 Tonga Place, Parkwood for viewing, the service, and the refreshment facilities as required
  • Liaising with clergy or celebrant, cemetery or crematorium, florists, newspapers, musicians, caterers and all other external providers
  • Appropriate staff to conduct the service on the day of the funeral
  • Transportation of your loved one to the funeral service location and then to the cemetery or crematorium
Service Type Brief Description
Direct Cremations Direct Cremations do not include a funeral service at all. The deceased is brought into our care, respectfully prepared and coffined, and transported to the crematorium for cremation.
Cremation with Service A funeral service is held in the chapel or venue of choice, followed cremation at the crematorium.
Non Attended Burial The deceased is buried in the gravesite without any family in attendance. This includes the purchase of a new gravesite. Price dependent on cemetery.
Burial with Graveside Service A clergyman or celebrant conducts a small committal service at the graveside, at the conclusion of which the coffin is lowered into the grave. This includes the purchase of a new gravesite. Price dependant on cemetery.
Funeral Service followed by burial A funeral service is held in the chapel or venue of choice, followed by burial at the cemetery. This includes the purchase of a new gravesite. Price dependant on cemetery.
